SCENARIO EVALUATION REPORT

The Scenario Evaluation Report considers and compares the three planning scenarios developed to test possible outcomes at Hensley Field. The Report concludes with key recommendations from the analysis which will inform the development of a preferred final Master Plan for Hensley Field.

The Hensley Field Market Analysis economically evaluates projected infrastructure costs and market absorption timing for all three planning scenarios.

The Opportunities and Constraints Report is the team's deep-dive analysis of the analysis of the project site, it's history, relevant case studies and city policies to guide the development of the master plan.

PROJECT GUIDING PRINCIPLES & GOALS

The project's Guiding Principles & Goals are the foundational framework around which the master plan takes shape. They guide the development of the master plan process from its inception, and can be used as benchmarks to measure the project's ultimate success.
